The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

sk888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
Upon termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account — net of any outstanding bonus obligations and subject to completed AML review — will be returned to you via the original deposit method. sk888 reserves the right to withhold balances that are the subject of ongoing investigation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting sk888 support. Closure will not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the effective date of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sk888 holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent in the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani courts may also have jurisdiction over certain aspects of their use of the Platform under Applicable Law.
No Pakistani Government Authorisation: sk888 does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all Applicable Laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
sk888 reserves the right to amend, revise or update these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amendments take effect, unless immediate changes are required by law or regulatory requirement.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
